Blogging is a technical term for a WeB Log. This is a fancy name for a journal entry onto the internet. Homeroom 209 has created a blog page and is using it to get their lessons for the computer lab from their teacher via the internet. Sounds high tech…. Well the students have adapted to it so quickly and find it a whole lot of fun. They are even asking to write their answers and send stories to their teacher using the blog. This method has encouraged the students to write great short essays and then see them via the internet. Way to go Homeroom 209!
A web page that many of the students have been visiting is the National Library of Virtual Manipulatives; Take a look at it and see if you can solve the many math problems and puzzles that are presented.
